PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order contact us via phone, fax, or email.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard shipping is FedEx 2 Day AM with delivery by 10:30 AM. We typically ship the same day for orders received Monday-Wednesday by 3:00 PM Central. Orders received Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday. A shipping and handling fee will be added to the invoice. Next day shipping is available upon special request with additional shipping charges.

Orders are filled and shipped promptly, however delays could occur due to lack of raw material, carrier problems, regulatory issues, force majeure or other issues beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

A packing list will be included with the product. Proof of delivery and tracking information can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

Siwa Biotech will replace damaged product or product shipped in error. Notification must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Contact Technical Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. When requested, product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Siwa Biotech will not replace products ordered in error.

TERMS OF SALE

Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made to Siwa Biotech Corp. at the address on the invoice. Instructions for payment by wire transfer are on the invoice.

TAXES

State and local sales tax will be calculated and added to the invoice where applicable. Customer is responsible for providing tax exemption documents when applicable.
